From vacancy to a better conversation
Search the live job board, use filters and inspect job detail, source information and extraction. Profile matching remains a separate, human-controlled preview layer.
Personal motivation
A resume is not the complete identity
My own CV only tells part of who I am professionally. Job titles such as catering or sales do not automatically reveal that I am also a designer, builder and concept developer who can carry a project from strategy to implementation. I can look at an issue from a distance, zoom in on what is missing and then design and build a coherent route. That distance between paper career and real potential was the personal reason forStefanJob Search System.
My strength does not lie in pretending that I already know every sector inside out. I can quickly identify the core of an organization, issue or market, distinguish between main and secondary issues and create an executable design or construction route. It is precisely that combination of overview, in-depth and adaptation that should make a profile visible when a job title does not.
HoiJobis the public translation of that. It should give candidates space to show themselves more fully: what they can do, where their strengths lie, which projects, interests and side activities deepen their profile. Not to replace a resume with marketing, but to create a fairer starting point for a match. Someone's current job is a context, not a ceiling for the rest of their abilities.
The first version was therefore not an abstract platform idea, but a personal tool to substantiate a better next step.HoiJobextends that idea: a job title or day job should never automatically become the ceiling of someone's potential. For employers, it is not a machine for as many quick applications as possible or a second, broad CV register, but a route to candidates who have seriously developed their context, ambition and demonstrable contribution.
Core
From vacancy text to a targeted choice
Vacancy texts are often also marketing texts: they try to attract attention, compete for candidates and mix strict requirements with aspirational images. That is why I consciously separate source information, profile signals, preferences and decision-making before anything appears as a match.
The match preview in development examines two axes: offer versus preferences, and requirements versus experience, skills and relevant context. The goal is for a candidate to see where a role may fit or not and that an employer can ask more specific questions than a job title alone allows. The preview is not a judgment about a person, but an inspectable reason for a conversation.
For a candidate, this is primarily a tool to consciously choose which role, environment and next step really suit, not to apply for as many jobs as possible.
The public promise
Quality over volatile volume
HoiJobdoes not have to become a secondLinkedInor Indeed. The ambition is a more targeted place where a rich profile and a serious vacancy can find each other better, without treating a quick application as an end point. Not most profiles, but the most appropriate next step is the benchmark.
More than a job title
A profile can connect experience, skills, preferences, projects, interests and personal motivations, so that unseen potential becomes more visible.
Richer candidate context
The Control Room investigates how employers can look beyond a short job title, without presenting the development preview as a selection product.
A match direction that opens up questions
The preview organizes leads, evidence gaps, and review questions. It does not make a decision about a candidate.
Draft before forwarding
The underlying Job Search System logic forms the basis for a careful route from profile to application choice, not for a quick easy apply button without context.
Two connected product layers
Public in front, control behind
HoiJobdoes not consist of a separate search page or a separate management screen. The public route makes vacancies readable and accessible; the working environment consciously keeps intake, review and publication side by side. This Control Room is a protected development and management layer. In this way, a choice can become clear without the underlying context disappearing.
Public A candidate must be able to orientate himself without first having to understand a technical working environment.
Consciously Source, normalization and assessment each have their own role, so that a score does not become a black box.
Controllable The best next step comes when the team sees what's coming in, what's changing and why.
Design principles
AI as a controllable workflow
The case mainly shows how I build AI systems with explicit boundaries, audit paths and human decision points.
No match without profile context
Vacancy text shows what an employer is asking for; a positive match requires explicit profile context.
Source, requirement and judgment remain separate
Raw source text, standardized requirements, review status and match preview remain separate steps so that errors remain traceable.
Doubt becomes a review, not a score
Uncertain or sensitive requirements are not quietly made positive, but visible as a review point, gap, preference or risk.
Fixed route for new vacancies
The goal is not a one-time cleanup, but a repeatable intake-to-decision flow for current and future vacancies.
Profile context
The candidate layer is not an afterthought
These development images of theHoiJobControl Room show why the match is not based on a CV or job title alone. Preferences, experiences, skills and capability bundles remain visible as separate layers, so that a profile shows more than one summary field.
The screens shown show how profile information, job context and human review come together in one carefully designed product path.
Chain of trust
From source to responsible step
The visible product layers rest on a fixed chain in which vacancy context, profile information and review reinforce each other before the next step arises.
Origin
Vacancies, job requirements and context are saved with provenance before they become part of a comparison.
Normalization
Raw text is converted to fixed requirements, context and review status without treating the source layer as profile truth.
Profile context
Profile, experience, skills and transferable context are each given their own place before a match direction is created.
Review before action
The outcome is translated into opportunities, gaps, preferences, risks, notes and follow-up steps, with review if doubts persist.
HoiJobexperience
A vacancy layer in which search, filtering, vacancy detail and a clear next step come together.
From intake to match direction
Vacancy context, normalization, profile information and review together form a clear route instead of one opaque AI step.
Control Room
A separate work environment brings together vacancy management, review and publication in addition to the public experience.
Review moments
Preview, validation and explicit decision moments leave the final decision to the people conducting the conversation.
PHP 8.3 as live base
The public job board is delivered live server-side and connects search, filters, vacancy detail, language choice and account access in one product route.
Modular JavaScript
Separate modules for core interaction, authentication, vacancies and chat keep behavior and responsibilities separate.
Source before interpretation
Source fields, normalization, job taxonomy and profile context remain separate layers before a match direction is created.
Review before action
Doubts, missing context and sensitive requirements are treated as a review point; the system does not select or assess a person autonomously.
Evidence limit: the live public route proves search, filtering and vacancy detail. The Control Room captures show the developed management and review layer. A match direction supports the conversation, but does not replace human assessment.
Product vision
From profile to a better conversation
HoiJobbrings together a rich candidate presentation, vacancy context and a targeted next step. The product vision is simple: technology should make room for a better conversation, not pretend that it can completely summarize a person.
Search, discover, deepen
The publicHoiJoblayer brings together search, filtering, job detail and a clear next step.
A profile with its own story
Experience, skills, projects, interests and personal motivations can together show where someone's strengths really lie.
A score is the beginning, not the judgement
The match preview examines opportunities, points of interest and evidence gaps before people decide for themselves which follow-up question is appropriate.
A more targeted alternative to a cursory job application
HoiJobchooses a place where the quality of profile, vacancy and interview outweighs the fastest form or the greatest reach.
