Today this is taking shape in AI products, interfaces and intelligent workflows, among other things. My motivation is broader: to create something that is distinctive, carefully developed and that takes people further.

In an early experiment with ChatGPT, I created my own Board of Advisors. I defined different advisor roles to explore a question from several perspectives. I used their insights and disagreements to develop a coherent assessment. I recognise that same idea in the way I now work with separate AI conversations and agents: exploring different viewpoints, examining disagreements and taking responsibility for bringing the whole together.
I actively follow developments in AI and explore what they can contribute to my work. They allow me to investigate additional fields and develop ideas in greater depth. The special first
I am touched by things that have character. This could be a building, a flower, a shop window, a film or a digital world. Light, material, composition and attention can together create something that will stay with you. I take that sensitivity for beauty and experience into what I make.
My way of seeing
I study why something works. How does one color change the atmosphere? Why does a space feel special? What detail makes a character believable? I look at the whole and zoom in on the choices that support that whole. I get inspiration from nature, architecture, the interfaces of, among other things Star Citizen and the digital craftsmanship that I learned to appreciate at FWA.
I translate what I learn from this into my own identity. I want to make work that is carefully developed and correct in its context. Sometimes this requires a simple commercial solution. At other times, the greatest value comes from adding emotion, surprise and attention. I have started to make more conscious choices about where I want to put my involvement.

She touches on my involvement in problems and the tension between wanting to move forward and keeping space for life around it. This is the kind of advertising I want to make myself: substantively strong and tangible.

If a problem or project concerns me, it can demand a lot of my attention. As a result, work regularly gets more space than my private life. Really slowing down and making time for nature does not come naturally to me. I recognize that tension and have started choosing more consciously which problems deserve my energy.

I believe that things can be better and I want to keep the space to explore this, even when a possibility initially seems unrealistic. Economic return is one measure. It is precisely that dream that drives me. The desire for a future that can be greater than the possibilities I see at that moment also belongs to the person behind my work. That's why this song has a personal meaning for me.

What this says about me
My conviction grows when I understand the situation: what works, where things get stuck and what choices are necessary. Based on that overview, I dare to take responsibility and persevere even under pressure. I do not have to master every specialty myself; I want to know what expertise we need and what we can achieve together.
When I was seventeen, I left my parental home for Spain. Doing my own research, asking questions and starting over are part of my route. The feeling that I was often underestimated in the past has strengthened my drive to show what I have to offer. I am self-willed and resist injustice and laziness when I see that things can be improved.
I recognize that feeling in building my insurance office, building a community and developing a catering business with limited resources. A change does not have to seem big to mean a lot for people or a company. For me, there is something legendary in those moments when conviction and execution together make more possible than previously expected.

AtPhoenix Garden, the corona period meant that we had to switch to takeaway and home delivery. Then the menu, logistics and customer contact must fit together again. That is also part of my way of working: understanding what the new situation requires and adapting the implementation accordingly.
Over the years I have learned that perseverance can also require subtlety, listening, a different approach or letting something sit for a while. I don't have to spend my energy on every problem. I want to use her for work in which I believe and where I can really add something. That choice makes my drive more focused.
In my element
Crystallize shows me what it feels like to be completely in my element. The violin, dubstep, movement and icy setting create a world of their own, even with their imperfections. When those elements come together, I need to feel that there is something here worth pursuing. That is when I feel the urge to develop it further, refine it and work on it down to the smallest detail.

What this says about me
When I sense that something has potential, I connect deeply with what I am creating. A project comes alive for me: I carry it in my mind and body, even when I am not working on it. I can almost become one with it. I often sense where something feels right, where it jars or where something is missing. That gives me a strong urge to understand and develop it, from the big picture to the smallest detail.
I admire what the creators have brought together here. At the same time, small imperfections in the ice, lighting, dance and emotion make me curious. What happens when you refine a movement, change how the light falls or give a detail more attention? The strength of the whole makes me want to look more closely. In my own work, I also want to notice what does not yet work, understand why and explore how to improve it.
That intuition is a starting point I want to test. I seek evidence in facts, statistics, reviews and conversations with people. Do others recognise what I experience? What do the results show? What am I overlooking? By bringing these perspectives together, I want to understand which improvements are truly needed and be willing to revise my own judgement.
I compare it to a car: an appealing design is a starting point. Then I want to understand how the engine and aerodynamics perform, what the measurements show and how people experience the controls and comfort. Those insights determine what we fine-tune, change or redesign.
An initial concept shows me what is possible. That is when I start going deeper: continuing to investigate, refine and build. I did this for nine years with Hollands Glorie. What I developed and organised there eventually grew beyond what I could sustain as a volunteer. Taking it further required a different foundation, which I could not establish in that setting. Those nine years show the sustained commitment that can underpin my conceptual work.
I do need a challenge. A role that mainly involves repeating the same tasks every day does not suit me. My commitment finds its purpose when I can keep investigating, improving and innovating. That challenge can exist within the same project for years: understanding it in greater depth and translating new possibilities into something that moves the whole forward.
Explore Hollands GlorieThe combination of violin and dubstep makes tension, energy and movement tangible. I seek that same harmony in my work: the point where form, light, sound and movement reinforce each other and the whole begins to feel right. Sometimes it takes a subtle adjustment to sharpness or lighting; sometimes it calls for extensive development. I am drawn to complexity and am rarely satisfied with a first result. At the same time, I want to keep weighing which refinements truly strengthen the whole. Finding that balance and fine-tuning the relationships is where I feel in my element.

What appeals to me about Steve Jobs is how his own vision can lead to exceptional results. Not every experience has to fit into a logical career path in advance. Sometimes it only becomes visible later how curiosity, detours and craftsmanship reinforce each other.

What I recognize in this
My experience spans commerce, entrepreneurship, communities, design and technology. Those different worlds have shaped my way of seeing. I often see opportunities at their intersections: where a business question is also a design question, or where technology can change a human experience.
I want to investigate what could be better, more beautiful or more meaningful and make something of it. That requires a direction that I believe in, attention to the consequences and a willingness to learn along the way. For me, a vision gains value when you can see it reflected in choices and implementation.
My appreciation for Jobs does not necessarily mean loyalty to Apple. I can admire his vision and at the same time be critical of the company's choices. I value freedom in the tools I use and in the opinions I form. I also want to be able to judge inspiration on its own value.

Simon Sinek appeals to me because of his insight into what moves people. Why do we believe in something? Why do we want to contribute? How does an idea become meaningful? These questions interest me, because a plan only comes to life when people understand why it is worthwhile.

What I recognize in this
I try to empathize with the situation, the sector and the people involved in it. I want to understand what problems they experience and what expectations are reasonable. I also look within a team at what people can contribute and what space they need to do that well.
For me, the strongest combination arises when something works well commercially and adds value for people. I have also done work in which the commercial result mainly counted. I now choose more consciously where involvement, care and emotion can be part of the work. When an assignment mainly revolves around financial results and the significance for people hardly counts, I notice that I do less justice. I want to be able to believe in the value of what we make.
I want to make ideas so visible and tangible that others understand where we can go and why their contribution matters. A shared goal provides direction. Own opinions, critical questions and different expertise help to implement it better. I want to take people with me in that.
Beyond the obvious
What appeals to me about Elon Musk is his willingness to question existing assumptions and take risks for an idea he believes in. I recognize that curiosity across different fields: delving into something, seeing possibilities and daring to take the step to make something of it. His conviction and decisiveness inspire me, while I remain critical of his choices and statements.

What I recognize in this
I don't like to let my curiosity be limited by one function or discipline. An unknown subject can be the reason to delve deeper into something and discover new connections. It appeals to me when someone masters different worlds and manages to connect ideas between them.
An idea does not necessarily have to be self-evident for me to seriously investigate it. I want to understand what is possible, be able to explain my choices and create something concrete with which I can test that direction. Critical questions help with this, even when I strongly believe in an idea.
My appreciation for his entrepreneurship does not mean that I endorse all his choices or statements. I draw inspiration from his curiosity, conviction and willingness to take risks. My own judgment and responsibility remain leading.
Steve Jobs, Simon Sinek and Elon Musk each appeal to me in a different way. Vision and craftsmanship, understanding what moves people, and the courage to question existing assumptions.
I draw inspiration from their insights and continue to make my own decisions. That freedom is important to me: research for myself what is right, what suits me and what I want to do with it.

From the moment I could hold a pencil, I tried to make thoughts visible. This has only become stronger over the years: I think in concepts and use sketches to see what a space, object or technical solution could look like in reality.
On paper I don't just examine the outside. I look at perspective, proportions, material, light, construction and use. This way, a first instinct becomes a plan and I can discover early on what feels logical, what is missing and where the distinguishing detail is.
