Product-oriented portfolio story

From platform to practice

This case presents IttesAI positively and substantively sharp. The official product positioning is the starting point; my work shows how market demands, applications, images and communication could connect to this in the Netherlands.

Core story

AI in the working day

My role is not just about showcasing an AI solution. The real task is reading a market: where is the practical friction, which task takes unnecessary time and which language helps a Dutch decision-maker take the next step?

The specific market was mainly in organizations where data, documents and collaboration come together on a daily basis. Think of transport and logistics, quotations and waybills, energy and data flows, invoicing, customer management and CRM. Accountancy and real estate also offered recognizable routes with files, reports and recurring communication.

Design, architecture and marketing were also part of that market. There, AI can help translate a technical principle, content or data source into something that can be assessed, discussed or used more quickly. The route links a targeted start to pilots, product feedback and a scalable marketing and product layer.

Method in practice

Start with the work

A good AI proposal does not start with the tool, but with the work that is already happening. The route therefore started with listening: to the people, the information and the place where work gets stuck.

IttesAI social media environment with channels, messages and clear content flows.
Workable product layerAn interface is only valuable when a team sees and understands the next action more quickly.
  1. 01

    Explore

    Listen for friction

Which task, waiting time or recurring question costs energy and deserves a closer look?

  2. 02

    Understand

    Connect people and process

Who is working with it, what information is already moving and where should a change land carefully?

  3. 03

    Keys

    Test a small use case

Making a defined use case visible with output that the practice can assess.

  4. 04

    Capture

    Record the next step

From insight to a workable agreement: scope, roles and measuring point together before implementation begins.

In this way, technology continues to serve work practice, instead of allowing work practice to bend around a separate tool.

Market image

AI for workflows

My market was not one industry, but a set of recognizable work situations. The same question was always central: where can the platform demonstrably better support information, work pace or a customer conversation?

My share

Market, product and growth

My role required sharp choices and enough detail to make the next step feasible. Don't address everyone at once, but start where document work, repetition and a clear value come together.

01

Direction

Use case over hype

First make a task, friction and expected improvement concrete.

02

Trust

Consent as a product choice

Transparency and consent are part of the experience, not just control.

03

Feedback sharpens the route

Pilots sharpen both the onboarding and the commercial message.

Starter domains

Accountancy and real estate

The first route has deliberately not been widely used. Accountancy and real estate make document work, recurring follow-up and the value of practical AI immediately recognizable.

Visario in practice

Design becomes atmosphere

Visario is the image tool within IttesAI. In these explorations I used the image-to-image route to translate an architect's rendering and garden plan into images that make atmosphere, use and context more open to discussion.

01

Real estate visualization

From render to atmosphere

For an architect or client, it is valuable when the shape is not only correct, but also says something about light, stone, greenery and life around a home. AI offers room to explore that translation more quickly, while the original design remains the starting point.

Architect's rendering of a detached house with dark brick, roof and extension.
Starting pointThe render captures volume, facade rhythm, material direction and main shape.
Atmosphere impression of the same house with daylight, trees, street scene and inhabited environment.
Atmosphere impressionThe same house is given context with daylight, plants, streetscape and a habitable moment.

Visario / IttesAIFor this image route I used the Seedream and Nano Banana models in Visario to explore atmosphere and context. The original architect's rendering remains the starting point. Official Visario page.

Stay true to design

Form remains leading

The architect renderer monitors the design language. Brick, roof, frames and mass are not replaced by a loose fantasy image.

Add context

From home to place

Daylight, greenery, street level and human use help a client understand how a design can work in reality.

Speed up discussion

Faster to the core

The atmospheric impression is not an architectural drawing. She helps to discuss material, appearance and direction earlier and in a more targeted manner.

02

Garden and landscape visualization

From floor plan to garden image

The same principle works for gardeners, landscape architects and landscape designers. A 2D design already contains the logic of paths, terrace, plants, lawn and water. AI can translate that information into multiple lines of sight that help a customer envision future use.

Starting pointThe map organizes the components: terrace, walking route, lawn, water and green structure.

Design as an anchor

Elements, distances and zones from the garden design determine the direction. So the image does not start without structure.

Customer conversation

Use becomes visible

The images make it easier to discuss materials, planting, routing and desired experience together before construction starts.

Product impression

AI platform in practice

In addition to the explorations for architecture and garden design, the product interface shows what kind of digital environment IttesAI offered: interfaces for content work and conversations in which AI is given an active, understandable role.

Brand layer and interface

A recognizable product

IttesAI had a lot of functionality, but could become visually stronger and more accessible for the next market step. In addition to my work as an International Business Developer, I also helped with the visual product direction.

03

Character design

AI tools with a face

I developed Itsy as an accessible mascot for the platform. The character gave an abstract set of functions a friendly and recognizable point of contact, from communication and content to document work and privacy.

The value was not just in a separate figure. Itsy could appear in campaigns, app tiles and product communication, so that a user recognizes the same product world in different places. This way the product layer remained recognisable, accessible and applicable.

From test to rhythm

From pilot to practice

Successful adoption occurs when technology, human choices and a clear next step come together.

Starting point

First work question

Starting with a concrete work question makes AI more accessible than a broad explanation of all possible applications.

Pilot shape

Pilot in thirty days

A compact pilot can focus on one or two use cases, with onboarding, a fixed check-in and a clear review at the end.

Further development

Feedback provides direction

What users give back helps to sharpen both the product experience and the market message.
